Twenty different pitmasters come together each year at the Brisket King competition of NYC. They duke it out for the top name in barbecue. Cherry St Bar-B-Que ended up taking the title due to it’s juicy red meats and red sausage links. It is located north of Toronto, and it’s victory of being dubbed the Brisket King of NYC is well-deserved with how pristine and delicious their barbecued treats were. Foodies at the competition wholeheartedly agreed.
