A developer known as Rabsky Group is envisioning the development of a tower that is over 942-feet in the center of downtown Brooklyn. This group purchased the land for $158 million, and they have big ideas for how they want the future office building to come about. The building should prospectively hold 730,000 square feet of spaces that will hold various offices, as well as 902 apartments and and a public elementary school that seats 640 students.
- Rabsky Group wants to build both a 640-seat public school and also a 942-foot office and residential building.
- Rabsky Group paid the building’s previous owner, the Forest City Realty Trust, $158 million for the building.
- Rabsky’s plans include 902 apartments and 730,000 square feet of office space, along with the school.
“A Downtown Brooklyn site once poised to sprout a modest office tower will give way to something much larger, if developer Rabsky Group has its way.”
