Planet Partners has just finished constructing some of the most beautiful condos in Long Island that were based off of designs featured in Buenos Aires. They are now on the market and selling for $56,000 each. There are 86 apartments within the building, and there are also some condos that are going for up to $3 million. Most of the apartments and homes contain three bedrooms. They also come with hardwood floors and built-in appliances.
- A new Argentinian-inspired condo complex has recently been built in Long Island City, featuring low-rise, asymmetrical architecture.
- The building, designed by architectural firm Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados, has a stacked look that allows each unit to have it’s own outdoor, private space.
- Located at 21-30 44th Drive in Court Square, the unique apartments start at $560,000 and can go as high as $3 million.
“The building features a total of 85 apartments with the priciest homes here expected to ask $3 million. The units here come in studio through three-bedroom variants. The apartments have tall ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, in-unit washers and dryers, and a Miele appliance package in the kitchen along with a marble kitchen island.”
