The Baccarat Hotel is a luxury property run by the famous crystal company, and is distinguished by features such as its 15,000 pieces of crystal. Kreuther’s new Grand Salon will feature creations like cider-braised rabbit, eel croquettes and a burger with black truffle sauce. Grand Salon will feature elegant Baccarat crystal work and a $75 per table minimum spending limit.
