The Rockefeller Group which is the group behind the famous Rockefeller Center has announced in March that they are in the process of building their first residential project, which is a first in their 90 year history. The project is termed Rose Hill in order to conform with the historic area that was once the occupant of today’s Nomad and the project consists of a 600 story tower that reminds one of the modern interpretation of the style dubbed the Art deco style. It is situated at 30 East 29th Street. Now, one is afforded an expansive look at the bronze façade as well as the spaces with amenity and luxury condo interiors that are expansive. The views are said to coincide with the launching of the sales where each studio is said to be going for $1.192 million each. The architectural firm that is responsible for bringing this project to life is CetraRuddy. The project is said to be Rockefeller Center-ish style art deco. CetraRuddy is said to be a good choice for the project because it has a reputation that is expansive, having been the firm that designed some residential buildings that brings a blend of modern design to historical elements such as the Walk tower and 443 Greenwich.
